Boogie Dove

Ingredients

  • 20 dove breasts
  • 8 12 c Worcestershire sauce
  • lemon pepper
  • 2 qt water
  • garlic spread
  • bacon

Directions

  1. Soak dove breasts in mixture of water and Worcestershire sauce for 4 hours or overnight
  2. Place dove breasts on cookie sheet cover with garlic spread and sprinkle each with dash of lemon pepper
  3. Bake at 250 for 12 hour
  4. Place bacon strips on each breast and bake at 250 for 1 hour
