- 4 c onion
- 2 c jalapeno peppers
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 12 c white vinegar
- 12 c sugar
- 13 c salt less
- 8 to 10 buds garlic crushed
- 1 12 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp alum
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 small can tomato sauce
