Boot Scootin Spinach

Ingredients
- 2 pkg frozen leaf spinach
- 1 jar medium Pace salsa
- crumbled Feta cheese to taste
- 1 c half and half
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
Directions
- Precook spinach as directed on package
- Drain then add butter
- Add half and half and salsa
- Cook until bubbling hot in a large frying pan
- Add half and half as needed for consistency Add crumbled Feta cheese
- Let cook down to desired consistency not too soupy
- You may add a touch of garlic if desired
