Boston Baked Beans
Ingredients
- 1 lb 2 c dried marrow Great Northern or navy beans
- 2 qt water
- 1 onion chopped
- 14 lb salt pork
- 34 c Grandmas unsulphured molasses
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Directions
- Rinse beans in cold water and drain
- Bring to a boil and boil for two minutes
- Remove from heat
- Cover loosely and let stand for 1 hour
- Return to heat and bring to a boil
