Ingredients

  • 1 jicama
  • 2 avocados
  • 12 lb Longhorn cheese
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 c real lemon juice
  • 1 large red onion
  • 12 lb Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp crushed red chilies
  • 2 lemons

Directions

  1. Peel jicama and cut into 1 x 12-inch slices cut avocados and both cheeses in 1-inch slices
  2. Slice onions cut lemons into 8ths
  3. Put everything in a Tupperware bowl and let marinate for several hours
  4. Serve cold as an appetizer or just something to snack on
  5. Great with cold Margaritas or beer
