Botanas

Ingredients
- 1 jicama
- 2 avocados
- 12 lb Longhorn cheese
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 1 c real lemon juice
- 1 large red onion
- 12 lb Jack cheese
- 1 tsp crushed red chilies
- 2 lemons
Directions
- Peel jicama and cut into 1 x 12-inch slices cut avocados and both cheeses in 1-inch slices
- Slice onions cut lemons into 8ths
- Put everything in a Tupperware bowl and let marinate for several hours
- Serve cold as an appetizer or just something to snack on
- Great with cold Margaritas or beer
