Bounty Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c chopped onions
- 1 c chopped green pepper
- 1 14 12 to 16 oz can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 3 c cooked rice
- 4 c shredded cabbage
- 12 c sour cream
- 1 c grated Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- Saute beef onions and green peppers
- Stir in tomatoes seasonings rice and cabbage
- Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender
- Stir in sour cream
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Cover 2 to 3 minutes to melt cheese
