Bourbon-Apple Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 12 to 34 c raisins
- 2 Tbsp bourbon
- 12 c butter softened
- 34 c pecan halves or more
- 23 c brown sugar
- 6 to 8 c apples pared and sliced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- whipped cream to garish
