Bourbon-Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 9-inch pie shell
• 4 large eggs
• 1 c white corn syrup
• 6 Tbsp butter melted
• 12 c sugar
• 14 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp bourbon optional
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 1 c coarsely chopped pecans
• 1 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels melted

Directions

1. Prepare unbaked pie crust Whisk together eggs and the next 7 ingredients until blended Stir in pecans and the melted chocolate
2. Pour into pie crust Bake on lowest oven rack at 350 for 1 hour or until set Cool completely
