Bourbon-Chocolate Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 9-inch pie shell
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c white corn syrup
- 6 Tbsp butter melted
- 12 c sugar
- 14 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp bourbon optional
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 c coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels melted
Directions
- Prepare unbaked pie crust Whisk together eggs and the next 7 ingredients until blended Stir in pecans and the melted chocolate
- Pour into pie crust Bake on lowest oven rack at 350 for 1 hour or until set Cool completely
