Bourbon Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 qt milk
  • 1 c golden raisins
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 large loaf stale French bread
  • 1 apple
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Cube bread soak in milk
  2. Add sugar eggs vanilla chopped apple raisins and margarine
  3. Mix all together with hands
  4. Put in buttered casserole
  5. Bake at 350 for 12 hour or until firm
