Bourbon Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 23 c sugar
  • 13 c melted butter
  • 1 c pecan halves
  • 34 c light corn syrup
  • 14 c Jack Daniels

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Beat together eggs sugar and butter Beat corn syrup and bourbon well in a separate bowl
  3. Add bourbon mixture to egg mixture beat well
  4. Stir in pecans
  5. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie shell and bake 40 to 50 minutes until set
