Boursin

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 13 c sour cream
- 12 stick butter
- 1 small clove garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp chives snipped
- 1 Tbsp parsley snipped
- 12 tsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine cream cheese sour cream and butter thoroughly
- Add remaining ingredients
- Chill
- Serve with crackers
