Boursin

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 13 c sour cream
• 12 stick butter
• 1 small clove garlic minced
• 1 Tbsp chives snipped
• 1 Tbsp parsley snipped
• 12 tsp dried thyme
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine cream cheese sour cream and butter thoroughly
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Chill
4. Serve with crackers
