Boursin Cheese

Ingredients

• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 12 tsp garlic powder
• 12 tsp basil
• 12 tsp dill weed
• 14 tsp pepper
• 12 tsp parsley
• 12 tsp celery salt

Directions

1. Just mix all together
2. If using fresh herbs double the amounts
3. Makes 1 cup
4. This is a very useful blend to have on hand and it keeps very well
5. You can use it for cheese and crackers
6. To spread on toasted bread with any kind of meats and cheeses makes a gourmet-style deli sandwich
7. Spread on a precooked pizza shell then load with your favorites gourmet pizza
8. Try pizza crust Boursin cheese sliced tomatoes and topped with smoked Swiss
