Bow Ties

Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 jigger 3 Tbsp rum
Directions
- Beat the eggs until well mixed
- Add butter salt sugar and vanilla
- Mix in flour starting with 1 cup until you form a soft dough
- Roll dough out real thin
- Cut in strips of 1 x 4-inches Make a slit in center
- Pull one end through slit
- Fry in hot fat in frying pan until slightly tan in color
- Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with confectioners sugar
