Braised Cabbage Kielbasa And Spuds

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb head green cabbage
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 lb thickly sliced kielbasa
Directions
- Cut cabbage and potatoes in 1-inch chunks
- Mix broth with mustard in a large saucepan
- Add the cabbage and potatoes bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and cover simmer 15 minutes
- Add kielbasa cover and cook 5 minutes or until hot
- Serve with mustard
- Serves 4
