Braised Cabbage Kielbasa And Spuds

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb head green cabbage
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 lb thickly sliced kielbasa

Directions

  1. Cut cabbage and potatoes in 1-inch chunks
  2. Mix broth with mustard in a large saucepan
  3. Add the cabbage and potatoes bring to a boil
  4. Reduce heat and cover simmer 15 minutes
  5. Add kielbasa cover and cook 5 minutes or until hot
  6. Serve with mustard
  7. Serves 4
