Braised Top Round Over Noodles

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp shortening
• 2 lb top round in 1-inch cubes
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 14 tsp onion salt
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• salt
• pepper
• 4 c cooked noodles

Directions

1. Melt shortening in large skillet
2. Brown meat on all sides Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 cup water and add to meat
3. Add soup garlic soy sauce onion salt salt and pepper to taste
4. Heat until boiling
5. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender
6. Serve over noodles
