Braised Top Round Over Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 2 lb top round in 1-inch cubes
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 14 tsp onion salt
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 4 c cooked noodles
Directions
- Melt shortening in large skillet
- Brown meat on all sides Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 cup water and add to meat
- Add soup garlic soy sauce onion salt salt and pepper to taste
- Heat until boiling
- Reduce heat cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender
- Serve over noodles
