Bran-Flake Chicken
Ingredients
- 12 c bran flakes crushed
- 14 c sunflower seeds use shelled chopped
- 12 tsp seasoned salt
- 14 c butter or oleo melted
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 chicken breasts or 6 small breasts
- 1 16 oz can peach halves
Directions
- In paper or plastic bag combine bran flakes sunflower seeds and seasoned salt
- Blend melted butter lemon juice and salt Brush chicken breasts with mixture then shake one at a time coat lightly
- Reserve remaining lemon-butter
- Place chicken skin side up in ungreased large shallow baking pan
- Bake in 375 oven for 40 minutes
