Bran N Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 13 c milk
• 1 14 c Bran Flakes
• 12 tsp garlic salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 14 tsp paprika
• 34 lb ground beef
• 1 medium onion sliced
• 1 Tbsp margarine or butter
• 12 c hot water
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 8 oz carton sour cream
• buttered noodles to serve 4
• chopped parsley

Directions

1. In large bowl beat egg until foamy
2. Stir in milk Bran Flakes salt pepper and paprika
3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes
4. Add ground beef mixing until combined
5. Form into 20 1 12-inch meatballs Bake in 400 oven about 15 minutes drain
