Brandy Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 4 oz Blue cheese crumbled and softened
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 12 to 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp brandy or Cognac
- 13 c sesame seed toasted
Directions
- Beat Blue cheese cream cheese garlic parsley and brandy in a small bowl on low speed until smooth
- Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm
