Brandy Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Blue cheese crumbled and softened
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 12 to 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp brandy or Cognac
  • 13 c sesame seed toasted

Directions

  1. Beat Blue cheese cream cheese garlic parsley and brandy in a small bowl on low speed until smooth
  2. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm
