BrandyS Favorite Icebox Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c white sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c butter or shortening
• 1 12 c pecans chopped
• 3 12 c flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add eggs which have been beaten Blend thoroughly
3. Add pecans to flour and mix well
4. Mix flour and butter
5. Knead dough until smooth
6. Form dough into rolls Wrap in wax paper and place in refrigerator overnight
7. Slice thin and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 until done
