Braunschweiger Dip

Ingredients
- 12 lb braunschweiger
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 tsp steak sauce
- 12 c minced bread and butter pickles
Directions
- Mash meat and sour cream together
- Stir in steak sauce and pickles
- Beat until smooth and light
- Chill
- Serve with assorted crackers
- Makes 2 cups
