Brazil Nut Caramels

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 23 c light Karo syrup
- 1 c light cream
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c or more if desired cut Brazil nuts
Directions
- Cook 12 cup sugar in heavy saucepan over low heat stirring constantly until sugar turns light brown
