Bread-N-Butter Pudding
Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread buttered
- 2 oz dried fruit
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 c milk
Directions
- Butter glass baking dish
- Cut buttered bread into triangles mix fruit with sugar
- Arrange buttered bread fruit and sugar in layers in the dish
- Beat the eggs with the milk then pour egg and milk mixture over the bread-butter-fruit and allow this to soak in for 15 to 20 minutes
- Then bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until custard is set and top is lightly browned
