Bread And Butter Pudding
Ingredients
- 10 slices white bread
- 1 c raisins
- 4 eggs
- 2 12 c milk
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 18 tsp ground nutmeg
- 12 c apricot jam
Directions
- Butter the bread remove the crusts and cut each slice into 2 triangles
- Arrange half the bread buttered side up in a baking dish
