Bread And Cookie Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 pt half and half coffee cream
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 12 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• dry bread cookies or cake cubed 3 to 4 c

Directions

1. Beat eggs gently dont overbeat
2. Add sugar salt nutmeg and vanilla blend
3. Add cubed bread cookies or cake stir Place saucer on pudding for few minutes so dry ingredients dont float and soak up liquid
4. Cook in top of double boiler with water barely simmering cook until table knife stuck in center comes out clean
5. Serve with scoop of ice cream for each serving
