Bread Machine Bread

Ingredients

• 10 oz water
• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp powdered milk
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 3 13 c bread flour
• 1 tsp yeast just a little less

Directions

1. Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed measuring carefully and using a knife to scrape off the excess Bake as directed by the directions on the bread machine Makes 1 12 lb loaf
2. You may also use the dough setting on your machine and when the dough is ready form it into dinner rolls Let them rise until doubled in size then bake at 375 until brown
