Bread PuddingMakes 6 Servings

Ingredients
- 3 c soft bread crumbs
- 14 c butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 2 c scalded milk
- 12 c sugar
- 18 tsp salt
- 14 c raisins
Directions
- Scald milk with butter
- Stir in all other ingredients except the eggs
- Mix well then add eggs last stirring gently
- Pour into greased pan
- Place pan in hot water and bake about 30 minutes in 350 oven
- Serve about 1 ounce butter sauce with each serving
