Bread Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz Wheat Bread
  • 1 16 oz White Bread
  • 1 stick of Margarine
  • 1 c Celery diced
  • 12 c Onion diced
  • 1 c ChickenTurkey Broth
  • 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Water

Directions

  1. Night before
  2. Dice wheat and white bread
  3. Cook celery and onion in margarine until translucent
  4. Add to cubed bread
  5. Mix broth seasoning egg salt pepper together
  6. Add to cubed bread Add water as needed so mixture is moist
  7. Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes
