Bread Stuffing For Turkey

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 c crumbled old bread
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 14 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 14 c minced onion
- 12 to 34 c butter or margarine melted
- 34 c giblet stock or water
- 1 egg
Directions
- Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until soft but not brown
- Combine with the bread seasonings and stock
