Bread Stuffing For Turkey

Ingredients

• 6 to 8 c crumbled old bread
• 1 Tbsp salt
• 14 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tsp poultry seasoning
• 14 c minced onion
• 12 to 34 c butter or margarine melted
• 34 c giblet stock or water
• 1 egg

Directions

1. Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until soft but not brown
2. Combine with the bread seasonings and stock
