Breakfast Blintz Souffle

Ingredients
- 1 doz frozen cheese blintzes
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 14 c sugar
- 12 cube butter
- 1 12 c sour cream
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan
- Put frozen blintzes in dish and coat well with butter
- Mix remaining ingredients with electric mixer and pour over blintzes
- Be sure to cover all Bake 50 minutes at 350
- Serve with applesauce sour cream or jam
