Breakfast Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage cooked and drained
  • 8 oz can crescent rolls
  • 2 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 34 c milk
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with rolls pressing firmly to seal perforations
  2. Sprinkle on sausage and cheese Combine remaining ingredients
  3. Heat well and pour over sausage Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
  4. Let stand 5 minutes
  5. Cut into squares for serving
