Breakfast Brunch Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage cooked and drained
- 8 oz can crescent rolls
- 2 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 eggs beaten
- 34 c milk
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with rolls pressing firmly to seal perforations
- Sprinkle on sausage and cheese Combine remaining ingredients
- Heat well and pour over sausage Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
- Let stand 5 minutes
- Cut into squares for serving
