Breakfast Buffet

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread cubed
- 1 lb mild sausage browned
- 8 oz medium Cheddar grated
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 oz frozen hash browns thawed
Directions
- In 9 x 13-inch pan put cubed bread sausage and cheese in layers
- Beat eggs milk and seasonings in bowl
- Pour over other ingredients in pan
- Put thawed hash browns on top
- Refrigerate for 24 hours
- Bake at 350 covered for 35 minutes uncovered for 10 minutes
