Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- white bread
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- grated sharp cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 c milk
Directions
- Grease 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish
- Line bottom of dish with white bread
- Brown sausage drain
- Spoon sausage over bread sprinkle with a lot of grated sharp cheese
- Beat eggs and milk together pour into baking dish
- Cover with aluminum foil refrigerate overnight
- Bake at 350 for 35 or 40 minutes
