Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 9 to 12 slices bread
- 2 c Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 lb sausage
- 12 to 18 eggs
Directions
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with Pam
- Cut ends off bread
- Use as many slices as it takes to cover bottom of casserole dish can go up the sides
- Place bread very close together in bottom of dish
- Crumble uncooked sausage over bread
- Sprinkle cheese over sausage
- Beat eggs and pour over cheese
- Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight
- In morning uncover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until eggs are done in center of dish
