Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 6 slices toast
- 1 lb sausage or bacon
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Brown meat and drain Cover bottom of an 8 x 11-inch dish with toast pieces Scatter sausage or bacon over toast then cheese Beat eggs
- Mix milk mustard and salt
- Add eggs and pour over top of cheese
- Refrigerate overnight
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
