Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c milk
  • 6 slices white bread
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 to 12 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 c grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Brown sausage and drain
  2. Beat eggs and add milk
  3. Add salt and mustard
  4. Cube bread stir into eggs
  5. Add cheese and sausage Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350
