Breakfast Ham RingYields 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 lb ground fully cooked ham
  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 12 c soft bread crumbs
  • 12 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish

Directions

  1. In a large bowl lightly beat 2 eggs
  2. Add ham sausage bread crumbs milk parsley and horseradish and mix well
  3. Press into a greased 6 cup ring mold
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 14 hours
  5. Toward end of baking time prepare scrambled eggs with remaining eggs Remove ring from oven and drain juices
  6. Unmold onto serving platter
  7. Fill center with scrambled eggs
  8. Serve immediately
