Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- 14 c oil
- 2 c flour self-rising
- 14 c sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Beat egg
- Stir in milk and oil
- Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened
- Batter will be lumpy
- Pour into muffin tins with baking cups inserted Fill cups 23 full
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes
- Makes 12 muffins
