Breakfast Omelet

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 slices bread
- 1 lb bacon
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 34 c sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 4 c milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Grease 9 x 13-inch pan
- Place bread in pan
- Fry bacon crisp and break in small pieces
- Mix bacon and rest of ingredients Pour over bread and cover with foil
- Refrigerate overnight
- Bake next day in 350 oven for 1 hour
