Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage cooked drained and crumbled
- 5 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen loose packed hash browns thawed
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 pkg canned crescent rolls
- 14 cup evaporated milk
- pepper
Directions
- Separate rolls into 8 triangles and place on an ungreased pizza pan points toward center
- Press dough over bottom and sides to form a crust
- Layer sausage and potatoes on crust
- Top with cheddar cheese
- Beat eggs add milk salt and pepper
- Pour over cheese
- Top with parmesan cheese
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
