Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread cubed
  • 2 lb sausage browned
  • 2 12 c milk
  • 34 lb grated cheese
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • 34 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Combine milk eggs and mustard
  2. In large oblong dish layer bread sausage cheese and mushrooms
  3. Pour liquids over all
  4. Let stand overnight in refrigerator
  5. Before baking spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup diluted with 13 can of milk
  6. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until firm
