Breakfast Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 slices bread cubed
- 2 lb sausage browned
- 2 12 c milk
- 34 lb grated cheese
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- 34 tsp dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Combine milk eggs and mustard
- In large oblong dish layer bread sausage cheese and mushrooms
- Pour liquids over all
- Let stand overnight in refrigerator
- Before baking spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup diluted with 13 can of milk
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until firm
