Breakfast TacosEggs With Chile

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 14 c bacon grease
  • 14 c chopped onions
  • 1 c chopped bacon already cooked
  • 14 c tomato sauce
  • 2 jalapeno peppers medium size

Directions

  1. Scramble the eggs with 14 cup of milk
  2. Saute onions in bacon grease
  3. Pour mixture into bacon grease in skillet
  4. Add chopped bacon
  5. In blender mix jalapeno peppers with tomato sauce
  6. Add 1 cup of water to this mixture dump into scrambled eggs
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste
  8. Serve with tortillas
  9. Serves at least 4 persons
