Breakfast TacosEggs With Chile
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 14 c bacon grease
- 14 c chopped onions
- 1 c chopped bacon already cooked
- 14 c tomato sauce
- 2 jalapeno peppers medium size
Directions
- Scramble the eggs with 14 cup of milk
- Saute onions in bacon grease
- Pour mixture into bacon grease in skillet
- Add chopped bacon
- In blender mix jalapeno peppers with tomato sauce
- Add 1 cup of water to this mixture dump into scrambled eggs
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Serve with tortillas
- Serves at least 4 persons
