BrendaS Quick Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 12 oz pkg milk chocolate chips
- 1 c sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 34 c chopped walnuts or pecans
- 3 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Wash and scrub corn to remove silks
- Place corn into boiling water
- Cook until done about 20 minutes
- Remove corn and place it on clean cloth towels to cool
- It looks shriveled when cool Make sure it is dry and doesnt steam Ziploc bags
- Put into Ziploc bags seal and place in freezer
- It is ready to eat by removing and heating in boiling water
- Amount frozen is optional
- Corn can be kept up to 1 year this way
