Ingredients

  • onions sliced
  • brisket
  • garlic powder
  • seasoned salt
  • Rokeach tomatomushroom sauce
  • 12 c white wine not cooking
  • potatoes peeled and cut

Directions

  1. Line a roasting pan with onions
  2. Lay brisket on top then season with garlic powder and seasoned salt
  3. Brown for 20 minutes at 450
  4. Reduce heat to 350 cover and cook for about 1 12 hours
  5. Add the sauce rinse the sauce can with the white wine and pour over the meat
  6. Add potatoes and cook for about 12 hour longer
