Brisket

Ingredients
- onions sliced
- brisket
- garlic powder
- seasoned salt
- Rokeach tomatomushroom sauce
- 12 c white wine not cooking
- potatoes peeled and cut
Directions
- Line a roasting pan with onions
- Lay brisket on top then season with garlic powder and seasoned salt
- Brown for 20 minutes at 450
- Reduce heat to 350 cover and cook for about 1 12 hours
- Add the sauce rinse the sauce can with the white wine and pour over the meat
- Add potatoes and cook for about 12 hour longer
