Ingredients
- brisket
- salt and pepper
- celery salt
- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- 5 to 6 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 3 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Rub salt pepper and celery salt into brisket
- Lay brisket on heavy-duty foil fat side up
- Pour liquid smoke Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice over brisket
- Seal in foil and let marinate overnight
- Bake for 10 hours at 225
