Brisket Barbecue

Ingredients
- 1 brisket roast 4 to 6 lb when trimmed
- 1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce
Directions
- Salt and pepper roast
- Using a couple layers of heavy-duty aluminum foil securely wrap the roast pouring barbecue sauce over roast before sealing the foil
- Bake at low heat 250 to 300 for 3 to 4 hours
