Brisket With Rub

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp salt
• 1 tsp red pepper
• 1 12 Tbsp black pepper
• 12 tsp garlic salt
• 1 Tbsp paprika
• 1 Tbsp allspice
• beef brisket

Directions

1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl
2. Preheat oven to 250 Apply rub to both sides of brisket fatty side last
3. Place in pan fatty side up and cover with heavy-duty foil or use roasting pan with lid
4. Bake for 10 to 12 hours
5. Can be cooked on grill
