Britt PruittS Hot Corn Bread

Ingredients

• 3 c corn meal mix
• 2 12 c milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 12 c Wesson oil
• 2 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 small jar chopped pimento
• 12 c chopped jalapeno peppers
• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 lb sausage crumbled cooked and drained

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in order
2. Pour into prepared pans and bake at 400 for 40 to 45 minutes
