Broccoli-And-Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 34 c water
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of chicken soup undiluted
- 12 c milk
- 18 tsp red pepper
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan
- Add broccoli Cover reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender
- Stir in soup and milk
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thoroughly heated
- Stir in pepper
- Pour into serving bowls
- Top each serving with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Yields 1 quart
