Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 large bag frozen broccoli
- 1 large bag frozen cauliflower
- 14 c margarine
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 6 oz bag shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
- 12 c slivered almonds
- 12 c toasted bread crumbs
Directions
- Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in 9 x 13-inch greased pan Saute onion and margarine
- Add cheese soup and mushrooms Simmer until cheese melts
- Pour sauce over vegetables
- Sprinkle with almonds and bread crumbs
- Bake covered at 325 for 35 minutes
