Broccoli-Cheese Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 3 onions
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 10 oz box chopped broccoli
- salt
- pepper
- garlic salt
Directions
- Peel and cube potatoes add chopped onions
- Cover with water Cook together for 20 to 25 minutes
- Add Ro-Tel tomatoes cheese broccoli salt and pepper to taste
- Simmer over low heat until cheese melts
- Serve with Broccoli Cornbread
