Broccoli-Corn Bake
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
- 1 16 oz can creamed corn
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
- 1 beaten egg
- 14 c coarsely crushed crackers
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 14 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 14 c coarsely crushed crackers
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Blend broccoli corn egg 14 cup crumbs onion 2 tablespoons melted butter salt and pepper
- Turn into 1-quart casserole top with 14 cup crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes
