Broccoli-Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c margarine
- 1 13 c cooked rice
- 1 8 oz jar process cheese spread
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
Directions
- Combine broccoli with onion and cook as directed on broccoli package drain
- Combine vegetables with margarine rice cheese spread and mushroom soup
- Pour mixture into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole
- Bake at 350 about 30 minutes
