Broccoli-Rice Melange

Ingredients
- 3 c fluffy cooked rice 1 c before cooking
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli thawed heated and drained
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp instant minced onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 14 tsp salt
- 1 c milk
- 2 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
- 12 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Directions
- Combine rice and broccoli
- Mix egg onion Worcestershire sauce salt and milk Stir into the rice-broccoli mixture
- Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole
- Top with melted butter and shredded cheese
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Bake in slow oven 325 for 30 to 40 minutes
- Makes 6 generous servings
